This policy explains how Abyss ("we", "us") collects and uses your information when you visit abyss-careers.com, submit an application, or communicate with us. By using this site or applying, you agree to this policy.
Short version: we collect what you give us in your application so we can review it and contact you about working together. We don't sell your information. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect
Application information — what you enter in our application form: your name, age, email address, phone number, Instagram or other social handles, your answers to application questions, and any photos you choose to upload.
Usage information — pages you visit on this site and, if we send you a link to our FAQ, whether the videos were viewed. Standard technical data (browser type, device, approximate region) may be collected by our hosting providers.
Advertising data — if you arrived from an ad, we receive campaign identifiers (such as UTM parameters and click IDs) and use cookies and the Meta Pixel to measure whether our ads work.
How we use it
To review your application and decide whether we're a fit.
To contact you — by email, phone call, or text message — about your application and to schedule your call. Text messages are only used for scheduling and application follow-up; reply STOP at any time to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
To measure our advertising. We may share a hashed (unreadable) version of your email or phone number with Meta to report that an application was received. This helps us measure ads; it is not used by us to advertise to you elsewhere.
To improve our site and application process.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate: form processing (Tally), email delivery, website hosting and content delivery, appointment scheduling (Google Calendar), our internal team messaging, and advertising measurement (Meta). Each provider receives only what it needs to do its job.
How long we keep it
We keep application information while your application is active and for a reasonable period afterward so we can handle re-applications and follow-ups. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask what information we hold about you.
You can ask us to correct it or delete it.
You can opt out of texts (reply STOP) or emails (reply "unsubscribe") at any time.
To exercise any of these, email careers.abyss@gmail.com from the address you applied with. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we honor reasonable requests regardless.
Age requirement
This site and our services are strictly for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we delete it.
Cookies
This site uses cookies and similar technologies (including the Meta Pixel) for advertising measurement. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here with a new effective date.
